Clive Goves qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1977. Over the next five years he
obtained extensive experience working in London at Guy's Hospital and the Royal Dental Hospital in Conservative
and Prosthetic dentistry combining this with further academic studies leading to an MSc in Conservative dentistry.
Since 1983 he has worked continuously in private practice, with further training in implant dentistry in Sweden
whilst maintaining a part-time teaching commitment at Guy's hospital. Prior to working in Chichester, his practice
was located close to Wimpole Street in London's West End.
Dr Goves' name was placed on the specialist list in Prosthodontics (simply defined as the 'art and science of replacing
missing teeth') shortly after it was opened in 1999. His postgraduate MSc in Conservative dentistry - the general
restoring of teeth - makes him well qualified to work within the scope of general practice.
Dr Goves is married and lives with his wife and four daughters in Emsworth.
